Refunds and Returns for New Books and Other New Products
Any product listed on this site as being new will be sent out to you in its brand new condition. If it reaches you in anything less than that condition, please reach out to r@rsarchives.com with a description and images of the damage. Once received, I will do my best to send you a replacement as quickly as possible. If for some reason a replacement is not available, I will offer you a full refund of the cost of the product including the shipping, along with a heartfelt apology.
Refunds and Returns for Used Books
The used books on this site are, believe it or not…used. Some of them are heavily used. Pages might be dog-eared, highlighted, underlined, or have notes in the margins. You might have writing inside the cover saying “To: Jill, I will always love you -Bob”. All of these things, in the opinion of R’s Archives, add character to the books. It what gives a used book its spirit, and it is not in any way grounds to request a refund of your purchase. You have been warned.
With that being said, there is a standard for the books sold here. I am willing to guarantee the following things will be true when I send the books out:
– The books will have all of the pages necessary for full reading of the story
– All of these pages will be attached to the book
– The book will have at least mostly-in-tact Front and Back Covers
If a book shows up to you in anything less than the condition described above, it is on the shipping service, not me. I will be sorry that it happened to you, but I will not be doing anything about it. If this is upsetting to you, you are 100% within your right to never buy anything from here ever again. I won’t even be upset about it. The truth is, I am somewhat emotionally attached to all of these books, and there’s a part of me that doesn’t want to sell them anyway.
